Brunchaholics is currently seeking a friendly and organized hostess to join our team. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with answering phones and taking reservations
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations during peak hours
• Assist with coordinating special events or private dining reservations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding guest interactions and service standards

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a host / hostess or customer service role preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with reservation management software is a plus
